I took a premium insurance withe the car.
Made me feel sure and took away a bit some stress about possible extra costs when returning.
A got the car at the headoffice in Reykjavik. Had to take the bus and walk 15 min to get there. I had gps but cause of a whole lot of constructions going on on the streets I had to pass, I was in doubt I was going the right way and had to call the agency to confirm I was going the right way. This was a bit stressfull, a note on the website would have helped me out better. Also i missed info on the site on how to get there with public transport. But I guess most people pick up the car at the airport, so they don’t have to worry about this. Car was great, service when I returned the car was fine aswell. Rented a car for 5 days, arrived in the dark on the monday. The chap could not be more helpful with directions to where we wanted to go, he even rang the owner of the cabin and gave good advice on roads etc and website links for conditions. Really good service.

我們保了全險，取車跟還車幾乎都沒甚麼檢查(可能他們覺得保險都有賠)，取車時很擔心會不會不是跟網站上看到的不同一台車，但很幸運完全同一台，且里程數很少，車況很新，員工態度也很好，半夜3點還車時只看了一下有沒有把油加滿就讓我們走人了，很棒的體驗!!!
