    We rented a Suzuki Vitara 4WD automatic (Platinum insurance) with Reikjavik rent a car and the experience was great.

    The check-in and check-out were really fast (no more than 15 min each), especially the check-in, the fastest I've ever seen. I've rented other cars in other countries and the check-in were really slow and we lost a lot of time in the office, so for me it was important that with this company was so fast.

    The 24/7 available phone they have for incidences was good, they solved all the needs and questions we had.

    The car was in good condition, nothing to complain about.

    I checked in internet a lot of rental car companies in Iceland and, in my opinion, if you want a zero risk insurance, this is the best and cheapest one (at least when I was searching in internet in April 2018). I totally recommend this car rental company based in my experience (May 2018)

    Un peu de mal à trouver l'agence en sortant de l'aéroport (ayant loupé la navette, j'y suis aller à pied), mais la zone de location de voiture n'est pas si grande. On m'a confier un Dacia Duster 4x4 Diesel (pneus cloutés), et j'ai adoré, un très bon véhicule avec lequel j'ai pu faire le tour de l'ile en toute tranquillité, très bonne conduite, bien qu'un peu rude si vous n'avez pas l'habitude des 4x4. L'état général du véhicule était très bon, et je n'ai eu aucun souci, que ce soit en roulant sous les rafales de vent, la pluie, dans la boue, la neige, sur route gelée... Bref, un bon choix pour pratiquer les routes islandaises de manière sereine.

    I have used this company three times. I have just booked for a fourth. I travel and hire cars a lot and NOWHERE in the world have a received such a good service. I emailed them yesterday with an email enquiry - this was a Sunday night and within an hour they had replied. Their cars are new, spotlessly maintained and they deliver on time and there is never any hassle. One year I had an unusual set of circumstances regarding pick-up and they worked hard to ensure everything ran smoothly.
